We guarantee lead times of 12 hours in all key ports for contract holders with spot delivery lead times ranging from 12 hours in Rotterdam to 14 days in Tahiti, even in constrained markets. Our quick reference global supply map will show you our key supply ports and lead times. However, we pride ourselves in being able to deliver to any commercial port – please enquire for further supply points or for spot fills, we can cover most ports at short notice.
In addition to providing all of our key products, the team is on call 24/7, 365 days a year to provide all the equipment necessary for a safe and effective transfer operation, including transfer hoses of all sizes, portable pumps, manifold adapters, compressors and meters along with all the appropriate HSE assessments and materials.

Fluechem also offers a comprehensive AUS40 or Caustic Soda 50% inventory management system for a vessel or fleet of vessels. Liaising with each vessel directly we ensure deliveries are made at the most cost effective time and place to optimise stock levels onboard within the vessels schedule and from a fleet perspective. This could include maintaining and holding strategic reserves at specific locations during certain times of the year to match vessel consumptions and itineraries and allows bulk ordering to optimise costs in a dynamic commodity driven market thus reducing costs further.
