With extensive experience in financial management and compliance, I am responsible for delivering the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance to drive sustainable growth and uphold strong corporate governance. My role ensures that Fluechem’s financial operations effectively support our strategic goals.

I’m thrilled to be part of Fluechem as the Key Account Manager, bringing seven years of oil and gas industry experience and a creative edge from my Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts.

My organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic have solidified my role within the team.

I’m Mike, Fluechem’s Head of Operations. With over a decade in the oil and gas industry, I’m a dedicated professional focused on achieving success and personal growth. My expertise encompasses logistics, supply chain management, and project execution.

As Head of Operations, my role is critical to our operations. I oversee the efficient management of our supply chain and project departments.

My extensive experience from various industry roles has given me a deep understanding of logistics and project execution complexities. I’m excited to contribute my knowledge and skills to Fluechem’s continued success.

I’m delighted to have joined Fluechem in February 2024 as the Financial Administrator.

With over 6 years of finance experience, I’ve specialised in managing purchase ledgers and handling administrative tasks.

The prospect of a new challenge at Fluechem has me excited and ready to contribute my expertise.

As Global Sales and Delivery Team Leader at Fluechem, my role is both diverse and dynamic, with each day presenting new challenges and opportunities. I am actively involved in various aspects of operations, allowing me to contribute across multiple areas and ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

As account manager I support our global partners to ensure their vessels run compliant within environmental standards.

My knowledge of the marine industry and environmental restrictions allows me to provide tailored chemical supply solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable, and efficient.

I am dedicated to building long-term partnerships through transparent communication, reliable logistics and operational excellence.

I’m Arlene Salmon, one of the key members of the Operations team here at Fluechem. Having over five years experience working in operations, I’m excited to be part of Fluechem, where I support our logistics work within the marine industry.
