The Fluechem team carried out a full audit of the delivery process and transfer as part of an overall compliance and operational review. The delivery which took place on June 2nd, 2023, at 07:30, was completed safely and efficiently within an hour whereafter the Fluechem team took the opportunity to discuss the operation with the vessel crew and gather direct customer feedback to optimise future deliveries under the company’s “customer care” initiative.
